Acidic Foods

Acidic foods are bad for your health

 

They can promote developing of cancer and other illnesses

You must avoid consuming acidic food as much as possible. In the other hand you must try as much as possible to consume alkaline foods. Acidic food creates inflammation in our body that makes us very prone to get numerous sicknesses.

We need to consume alkaline foods or substances that have been known to protect our bodies from inflammation which if for years being acidic, our body can suffer from cancer.

Alkaline foods are very beneficial to your general metabolism and in the contrary, acidic foods can cause inflammation that is the culprit of many chronic illnesses such as:

  • Arthritis
  • High cholesterol
  • Gout
  • Muscle ache

Unfortunately we are used to consume – sometime too much – acidic food / drinks such as:

  • Coffee or tea
  • Sugar: including too sweet fruits
  • White bread
  • Etc.
